Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a dynamic Salesforce Administrator to join our Ad Platform Technology Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving core pipeline capabilities for Disney Ad Sales team, working with a diverse set of stakeholders to perform analysis for technical issues and drive strategic decision making.

Act as support lead for Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance within the Salesforce application.
Collaboratively investigate and resolve platform bugs to ensure system stability.
Define and document the data migration strategy for data conversion activities into Salesforce.
Assist with UAT, QA, and Regression testing, and maintain global UI configurations accessible only to admin level users.
Triage escalations and proactively identify opportunities to productize and streamline operational inefficiencies.
Basic Qualifications: 3 years of experience in ad technology, operations, or support, preferably with a focus in advertising technology.
Salesforce Admin Certification and 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration.
Working knowledge of SOQL, Dataloader, workbench, or similar technologies.
Experience using Excel, familiarity with Software Development Lifecycles, and experience using Copado.
Proven understanding of systems architecture, design, and implementation.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis, relevant technical field, or equivalent experience.
Location: This role is based in Santa Monica, California with a hiring range from $102,500 to $137,500 per year.
The actual base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
