Position Overview
As a Salesforce Architect, you will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable technical solutions that align with business needs and contribute to the company's overall success. This role involves providing technical leadership and spearheading strategic projects, taking initiatives from concept to execution to enhance profitability and reduce costs. The successful candidate will be adept at engaging with business partners, senior executives, technical teams, and functional resources. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem, encompassing CPQ, SalesCloud, DataCloud, PSA, and other relevant technologies.
What you'll do at Insight
Focuses on designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, driving business success through strategic initiatives and technical expertise while working alongside business partners to present architectural options and recommendations.
Architect and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects
Identify, remediate or streamline key pain points/process gaps (ID problem, Determine Plan, Facilitate the Plan, Drive the Implementation and assessment of Results)
Manage multiple projects or programs to achieve the goals.
Lead, Direct, and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve goals
Communicate with and guide Senior Leadership on the status, progress, and challenges of strategic goals
Drive and challenge functions on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
Align strategic goals of the Insight with the function goals and processes
Create, Recognize and drive opportunities for improvement within the function to create efficiencies or improve results
Analyze, assess and document the Return in ROI
Demonstrate ability to work across regions and functions to achieve results with minimal supervision and input
Think and act strategically, anticipate future trends and envision the path to get there.
Elicit requirements using interviews, analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
Identify and Engage other specialties (IT, PAs, etc.) as needed to achieve results
Technical leadership, stakeholder collaboration, performance optimization.
Create high level architectural diagrams and partner with the Enterprise Architecture team for detailed diagrams and approvals
What you'll need to join Insight
BS/BA required with a concentration in a business discipline preferred.
Minimum 7 years' experience working with salesforce systems, preferably SalesCloud, PSA, and CPQ
Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are highly desirable.
Present architecture options and recommendations - including configuration
Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, SalesCloud, DataCloud, PSA, and other Salesforce products. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Evaluating new features and supporting the development of new business functions
Develop and maintain a governance model and change-management process for CRM and downstream systems.
Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve desired result needed.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees a must.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to write using original or innovative techniques or style.
Ability to make effective and/or persuasive presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management and/or boards of directors.

Where: Fully remote within the United States. Preference will be given to candidates geographically within the Phoenix metro area, though all locations will be considered.
Compensation: $160,000-$169,500
