We are seeking Business Analysts to join our global team.
This is a truly unique role, offering the right candidate a balance of project management and technology consulting duties in a dynamic environment.
You would be working with global organizations and their executives while being surrounded by incredibly talented colleagues as you solve strategic business problems.

Key Responsibilities: Manage key project activities on time and within budget through effective project governance; clear written, verbal, and oral communication and management of client expectationsManage, in conjunction with Senior leadership, day-to-day interactions with clients at levels including individual contributors, managers, and executivesCreate, maintain, and distribute project-related communications and documentationCollaborate with project team members to oversee the execution of technical deliverables across configuration, data, and integrationContinually build and draw upon a range of professional skills, including meeting management, whiteboarding, conflict resolution, email communication, small and large group presentations, and other skills deemed necessary for effective project managementCollaborate with team members throughout the entire engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportParticipate in and help drive client conversations around people, processes, technology, and data-related challengesSupport requirements-gathering efforts and work in conjunction with Senior Consultants to translate requirements into technical specificationsPresent, in conjunction with Senior leadership, proposed solution designs and gain feedback from clients through user testing sessionsWork with senior team members to map out key process flows, develop pros/cons analyses, document findings, and present recommendations to clientsContribute to the creation of high-quality solution designs and implementations by leveraging V2 established systems, tools, organizational knowledge, and processes Ideal Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a related role working with Salesforce with direct experience in Salesforce configuration, creating reports and dashboards, and understanding of workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.Basic understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration with other systems.Strong ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, translating technical concepts into business terms.Strong organizational, task, and project management skills.Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments.Strong organization and productivity skills.Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Advanced Administrator are often required or strongly preferred.
