Position Summary: WhoWhatWhy is seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our donor data. This role requires precision in data entry and a strong understanding of Salesforce, ensuring that all information is clean, well-organized, and optimized for donor management. Note: Must be able to attend bi-weekly meetings, Tuesdays at 12:00 PM EST Responsibilities: Perform accurate data entry in Salesforce, ensuring donor records are consistently clean and up-to-date.Regularly audit the data to maintain its integrity and consistency.Work closely with the fundraising and donor management teams to ensure the data entered aligns with organizational goals.Provide support for Salesforce data-related projects, including data clean-up and optimization tasks.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for data entry processes and best practices.Ensure smooth integration of data between various systems and applications.Collaborate with the Salesforce administration team to enhance system functionalities and workflows. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.2-4 years of experience in Salesforce data entry or management.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy—must be meticulous and make zero errors in data handling.Advanced understanding of Salesforce and its functionalities, with experience as a Salesforce Super User preferred.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with nonprofit donor management is a plus.
