Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration and Development Manage Salesforce's overall setup, configuration, customization, maintenance, and new feature developmentSpearhead Salesforce administration and development, including system configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenanceDevelop new features and ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with our tech ecosystemCraft custom objects, workflows, and dashboards to enhance our Salesforce capabilitiesOptimize our Marketing & Sales tech stack, including Pardot, Google Analytics 4, and ZapierDesign robust system architectures that align with our business processes and technical needs*
Deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environmentEnsure native and custom Salesforce integrations are working as expectedRequirements At least 5 years in Salesforce administration and developmentStrong understanding of Salesforce reporting tools, best practices, objects, configurations, custom apps, formulas, workflows, etc.Hands-on experience with Apex, JavaScript and PythonExperience with system design and development processesProficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBIBachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent work experience*
Knowledgeable in Sales & Marketing technologiesSalesforce certifications are a plusKnowledge of other programming languages, such as C#, C++ is a big plus
