Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for working across Sales and Service organizations to translate business requirements into solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform.
This role involves building and maintaining secure and reliable CRM platforms, working with business partners to create innovative customer and associate experiences, and supporting continuous development and deployment.
The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth release management and enhance platform capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions, including Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flow Builder.


•Build and maintain Lightning Apps using Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder, and Lightning Web Component features.


•Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Flosum, Jenkins, and uDeploy.


•Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.


•Manage release processes and work in a high-velocity environment, ensuring smooth deployments.


•Utilize observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog to monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues.


•Support Big Data migration initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, validation, and quality assurance processes.


•Automate mass updates and inserts using coding and scripting languages such as SQL, SOQL, APEX, CSS, HTML, and XML.


•Provide production support for Salesforce CRM and related financial systems.


Required Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.


•5+ years of CRM development experience, with a focus on Salesforce.


•Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer.


•Experience with Salesforce APIs and development tools, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning.


•Proven experience in CI/CD processes using tools like Flosum, Jenkins, and uDeploy.


•Experience with databases and data replication, such as Oracle and Snowflake.


•Hands-on experience with observability tools like Splunk and Datadog.


Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with Big Data migration and ongoing data quality assurance processes.


•Production support experience in financial systems.


•Experience in Agile development environments and driving development platforms.


Certifications

•Certified Salesforce Administrator (required).


•Certified Salesforce Developer (preferred).
