Salesforce Developer (Remote Opportunity)

VetsEZ is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical designs and ensure seamless deployment.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities: Design and develop Salesforce functionality. Collaborate with Product Management and Scrum teams to estimate and deliver features. Perform design and code reviews, ensuring quality and standards. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and manage them from creation to resolution. Support continuous integration, CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure. Work with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to ensure architecture and security compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. 3+ years of proficiency in Salesforce application development (JavaScript, Apex, VisualForce, SQL). Experience with integration protocols (TCPIP/MLLP, SFTP, REST, SOAP). Experience with Salesforce API and third-party integrations. Strong object-oriented design, system integration, and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Additional Qualifications: Experience in working with federal clients, especially within the healthcare sector. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
