Technical Proficiency : Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Leadership and Mentorship : Experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams. Experience with Data Migration and Integration : Skilled in ETL processes and integrating Salesforce with other systems. Coding and Security Best Practices : Knowledge of Salesforce coding standards, configuration, and security practices, including code review. Salesforce Certifications : Preferably Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
