Position Title: Salesforce Program Manager
Location: Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Program Manager to oversee and lead projects within our organization in support of Government Agencies. The Program Manager will play a critical role in leading implementation and maintenance of a Salesforce solution for the Government Agency. The successful candidate will work closely with the Agency's team as well as internal team to develop, plan, implement, and maintain the Case Management System, ensuring that all goals and objectives are met and in compliance with all in-scope agency operations.
Responsibilities: Oversee Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed in time and within budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Manage the completion of identified tasks efficiently, accurately, on time and in compliance with the requirements. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals. Complete and deliver weekly/monthly status reports based on deliverables identified in the Statement of Work. Track program expenses and report on financial status Foster collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Communicate program progress, issues, risks, recommended remedial actions, and resolutions to stakeholders. Allocate and optimize resources across projects to ensure efficient use of time and budget. Identify and resolve resource constraints or bottlenecks. Identify program risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage program risks throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred. One or more Salesforce certifications are preferred as well. A minimum of 10 years of program/project management experience. A minimum of 3 years of direct support for the US Government is highly desired. Familiarity with Salesforce and a minimum of 2 years of SaaS implementation experience, including full life-cycle implementation. Familiarity with Case or Service Request processing. Experience with waterfall and Agile. Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background investigation. Proven ability to develop a strategy and write, communicate, facilitate, and present to all IT, internal staff, and management levels. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate effectively with non-technical users. Candidates must have attention to detail and the capability to document details of completed work effectively.
