Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Architect with ServiceNow Location: Chicago IL Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in ServiceNow.
Candidate Should have strong technical skills in Salesforce platform architecture and customization, as well as in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
The SFDC Architect with ServiceNow will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance business processes and drive operational efficiency.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Responsibilities: Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and industry standards to meet business objectives.
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows, and Apex code as needed.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with ServiceNow and other third-party systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
Develop technical documentation including solution designs, data models, integration specifications, and test plans.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and scalability of Salesforce and ServiceNow implementations.
Stay current with Salesforce and ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators on Salesforce and ServiceNow best practices and development techniques.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration.
Any Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II preferred.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and configurations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and ETL tools.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other Salesforce development technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
