Aleysian is currently seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect with Salesforce experience to work out of our Chicago office. The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for leading project teams gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing configurations on Salesforce. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years consulting and project experience implementing Salesforce and/or other software solutions.
ResponsibilitiesClient delivery is paramountLead teams with multiple consultants on an engagement from Start to Finish, ensuring quality of work and continued growthAble to handle Requirements Gathering and Solution Design for Salesforce Implementations to best serve a clients desired goals and addressing pain pointsMust be able to handle project management planning and execution around for software implementationsMust be willing to perform hands on work throughout all phases of the projectCommunicate and report project status to client leadership including budget, risks and general business issuesRespond to client needs quickly in a professional mannerBusiness DevelopmentParticipate in business development with prospective clients including solution definition, pre-sales, estimating, negotiating and project planningUnderstand client business process and technology needs in concert with the Salesforce product to create work plans, pricing estimates, and long term program road mapsShould be motivated to look for business within your own personal network to leverage past relationships for new businessCompany CultureNeed to embrace the small business culture to grow our company and contribute to our identityShould be motivated to work in the office with the team as much as possible. This is not a remote job, and it is important that you want to work in a very team oriented environmentQualificationsCandidates must have 5+ years of experience working in a business analyst/consulting manager role on projects dealing with Software implementationStrong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com Platform and other CRM technology solutionsLead discovery workshops with Client Resources as part of project scoping, and also project deliveryProven track record of successful project implementations as the Project LeadExperience with Customers as the primary point of contactAbility to travel an average of 50% (We are not at this number yet, but this is reasonable to assume we could get there shortly)Being a part of a small company is what you make of it.
