Position Summary: SpartanNash is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our dynamic IT Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and a proven track record of designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical projects from inception to completion.
Here's what you'll do: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on B2B Commerce Cloud. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and company standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce best practices and development techniques. Here's what you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce, preferably with prior Salesforce consulting experience or Salesforce implementation. Proficiency in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud is a must. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud) are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (and/or Industry Clouds), Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Experience Cloud. Preferred Skills: Experience with other e-commerce platforms and technologies. Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
