Salesforce Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
•Facilitate all scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint demos and retrospectives.
•Protect the team from outside disruptions, remove impediments, and help the team to become self-managing and cross-functional.
•Gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
•Analyze business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organization.
•Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the development team to implement and improve efficiency in Salesforce platform.
•Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
