Salesforce Systems Analyst

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a motivated Salesforce Systems Analyst to support government clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and evaluating business requirements, collaborating with developers, and ensuring a quality user experience across Salesforce applications.
Job Responsibilities Support the team in developing cohesive and streamlined solutions.
Capture, evaluate, and groom business requirements to create clear business processes and workflows.
Provide quality user experience with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Gather and define business requirements, converting them to code.
Work collaboratively in an agile environment to design solutions for government clients.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field.
1 year of experience as a business analyst or in IT-related roles.
Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce experience.
Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator Certifications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
Nice to have skills/qualifications Experience working in a team-based delivery environment.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce implementation through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile.
