Responsibilities and Duties - Sales Associate Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features Maintain hospital level cleanliness by completing daily routines Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Remain knowledgeable on products& services offered and discuss available options Process POS (point of sale) purchases Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service Build productive trust relationships with customers & co workers Comply with inventory control procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Compensation range with hourly plus commission $17-20 DOE Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour
