Purpose – to fulfill sample requests and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Functions & Key activities: Process and ship sample requests daily (domestic and international), send tracking to the client and repCoordinate sample collections for new launchesTag samples as neededRestock samples on shelvesMaintain a clean and orderly library/environmentWork with the warehouse as needed to fill requests and coordinate new collection launchesPrepare and ship Rep road kits which can include full line sets or a new collectionQualifications & Requirements: High School diploma or GEDPunctuality – must have a reliable for of transportationShipping knowledge using carrier websites such as UPS and FedexTeam playerFlexible in tasks and taking on new assignments as neededOrganizedGood communication and proven email experience
