Description Position Summary
The SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst primarily advances the research and analytic needs of FFF, Nufactor, RNI, and Incircle business leaders and users.
The SAP BI Analyst will fulfill analytic needs across the organization.
The individual in this position should have experience building capacity for utilizing data to help business leaders make data-informed decisions and drive action.
Essential Functions and Duties General Responsibilities: Provides project and overall day-to-day support to the organization.
Develops complex data analysis, methodologies, and predictive data models for assessing business outcomes.
Develops and leads projects that include a variety of advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic assignments related to FFF, Nufactor, RNI, and Incircle.
Provides relevant data-related reports to FFF, Nufactor, RNI, Incircle leadership, and key business stakeholders for decision-making, action planning, and continuous improvement.
Provide technical assistance and build understanding among partners about the effective use of data.
Develop systems and tools for effective data management, visualization, and interpretation.
Supports implementation of continuous improvement processes.
Writes technical memos that document data processing decisions and summarize data quality.
Assists in designing, implementing, and enforcing data infrastructure, security, and system policies.
Writes clear, convincing, informative, engaging, unambiguous, and uniquely tailored reports to suit different audiences.
Supports and executes change management activities regarding data analysis across business departments.
Develops models and ad hoc reports, sharing observations, and recommendations with senior data management, executives, and stakeholders for further consideration.

Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field of study or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Required Knowledge: Experience working in Healthcare Life Sciences Experience in SAP ABAP CDS views and Hana Calculation views Experience in SAP reporting tools (e.g., BOBJ) Experience working with SQL Experience working with Python Required Experience: At least five (5) years [nine (9) for non-degreed candidates] of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer in SAP BI tools.
Preferred Experience: Understanding business processes and translating them to technical requirements Experience working with PowerBI Required Skills: Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities Must have project management and organizational skills Must have a natural ability to get along with people and establish strong and meaningful relationships with team members.
Ability to communicate results of complex analytic findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must exhibit strong analytic, technical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills.
Must possess exceptional computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in using Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, which are all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports, for the various assigned departmental heads, management, and stakeholders.
Must have technical and data manipulation experience with Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP) Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers.
Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods.
Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled.
The employee occasionally lifts up to 20 lbs.
and occasionally kneels and bends.
Working condition include normal office setting.
