To complement our team in the United States, we are looking for an SAP Customer Success Business Manager.
Location: Mid-West, North-East, Remote (United States) Travel: 25-50% Your Responsibilities:Responsible for proactively developing SAP business by driving sales (to net new customers and to the current customer base) and demand generation.Identify and initiate contact with SAP IAE's, AE's or DSC AEs to kick off the partner relationship.Cover partners for a specific solution such as S/4HANA Digital Core that includes ISBN, BTP, DM & EAM, Digital Supply Chain Planning & Execution platform to grow software & services license revenue across the SAP solution portfolio.Collaborate with the sales team to drive the sales process, actively qualifying and filtering early leads and managing SAP and client expectations.Develop and execute a pipeline plan to meet net new customer goals and revenue commitments.Develop and execute effective joint Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and planning with SAP.Track and measure the ROI on demand generation activities.Your skills and experience:7+ years working experience in the enterprise software industry.5+ years in a partner facing role in B2B working in Sales and/or Customer Service, Sales, Consulting; experience working at an SAP partner is a 'plus'.Relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA, Digital Supply Chain, ISBN topics.Business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, lead qualification, and enablement with partners.Minimum of bachelor's degree in related business field (Business Administration, Economics, IT) or equivalent.Highly organized with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical competencies, and attention to detail.Able to work independently while leveraging organizational resources in a matrix environment.Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.High energy - brings innovative ideas to the team and champions best practices.What we offer:Competitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, benefits, 401K).Inspiring and exciting, innovative working environment.International company culture and minimal hierarchical structure.Chance to work on complex projects from different industries and add to your business process knowhow.Flexible working hours and hybrid working model.
