Across more than 100 countries worldwide, the KION Group's solutions improve the flow of material and information within factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.**Tasks and Qualifications**:**The Role**Dematic/KION is looking for an FSM / Service Cloud Specialist responsible for configuration changes, enhancements globally.**Responsibilities**To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:- Responsible for implementing part or all of the solution to the client, in accordance with an agreed Functional design- Responsible for providing a detailed functional design for enterprise solutions- Consult effectively with Client executives, Product Owner, Business Analyst and Development team while owning the delivery of complex development items- Support the SAP FSM / Service Cloud environment- Design and implement FSM - Scheduling, Dispatch, parts Management, metrics reporting.- Working on and leading SAP Service Cloud Application Support and project activities- Troubleshoot complex technical problems related to the SAP FSM / Service Cloud environment- Recommend and implement testing plans (A/B) to understand drivers of response and value- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field.- 5+ Years of overall work experience in Field Service management Area.- Desired Certification on Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer modules
