Job Functions: Provide visionary leadership to the SAP team, guiding their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Understand their technology challenges, collaborate on solutions, and ensure project success and client satisfaction.Collaborate with the team to design and develop innovative, tailored solutions that address clients' technology challenges.Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within existing client accounts. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.Contribute to the strategic vision of the Consulting Services division, leveraging industry insights to position the company as a technology consulting leader.Oversee the financial performance of the division, managing budgets and ensuring project profitability while maintaining client value.Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and publications, establishing thought leadership in technology consulting.Responsible for the entire lifecycle of SAP services in the Manufacturing Industry, including discrete and continuous manufacturing.Provides advisory services and solutions to help our customers solve their biggest technology and business challenges.Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically, 12+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role in consulting.Proven experience: Significant experience in consulting with a history of successful projects.Proficiencies: Thorough knowledge of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology.A continuous learner that stays up-to-date with industry knowledge and technology.Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA).Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma are a plus.Work Environment It is expected, at this time, you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%.This role does not provide visa sponsorship now, nor will in the future.Please note: The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Persons.
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.
