Hybrid: Full-time resources are required to work fifty (50) percent of their monthly hours on-site. The other fifty (50) percent of their monthly hours may be remote. 1-Application Program Manager/Specialist (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Architect functional solutions for SAP integrations. Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results. Define program goals and objectives, aligning them with organizational strategy. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget. Manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management. Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards. Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices. Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Required Expertise: 10+ years in project management, SAP integrations, and SAP Public Sector Financials. Desirable Expertise (Not Mandatory): SAP Grants Management (GM), Funds Management (FM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Budget and Planning (SBP), and Materials Management (MM). 2-Application Program Manager/Specialist (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure project goals related to SAP integration, enhancements, and migrations are met. Ensure program goals and objectives align with the operational strategy. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes. Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Required Expertise: 10+ years in SAP Asset Accounting (AA) and SAP Grants Management (GM). Desirable Expertise (Not Mandatory): SAP Real Estate (RE) and Project Systems (PS). 4-Application Program Manager/Specialist (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Provide support for SAP Financial, Funds Management, and Financial Accounting. Ensure program goals and objectives align with the operational strategy. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Provide ongoing evaluation and improvements for program management processes. Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Required Expertise: 5+ years in SAP Funds Management (FM) and SAP Financial Accounting (FI). Desirable Expertise (Not Mandatory): SAP General Ledger (GL), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). 5-Application Program Manager/Specialist (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Provide support for SAP Supplier Relationship Management. Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategy. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Required Expertise: 10+ years in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). Desirable Expertise (Not Mandatory): SAP Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Master Data Management (MDM). 6-Application Program Manager/Specialist (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Provide support for SAP Materials Management and Warehouse Management. Ensure program goals and objectives align with the operational strategy. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Required Expertise: 8+ years in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM). Desirable Expertise (Not Mandatory): SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Mobile. 7-Application Program Manager/Specialist (Full-Time) Responsibilities: Provide support for SAP Payroll and Human Capital Management. Ensure program goals and objectives align with the operational strategy. Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Provide day-to-day support for ongoing processes. Required Expertise: 10+ years in SAP Payroll. Desirable Expertise (Not Mandatory): SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
