As a leader, you will create strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing our plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that will increase our reliability, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an agile and synchronized supply chain.
You will: Process & design requirement identification and design articulation, including documentation.Define/refine and document relevant global processes.Deliver global template design & support region fit gap analysis.Enable regional implementation with appropriate change management handbook.Identify & mitigate risks, securing alignment of all business stakeholders.Identify & support region delivery of value realization opportunities.Support Regional Business Delivery Team to plan & manage the implementation including regional migration, testing & cutover, change activities, local training delivery & capability building in accordance to key milestones & TGM deliverables.Resolve process alignment issues and remove barriers to delivery.Chair Functional Project Management Governance meetings, report and assess progress vs key milestones, identify cross-functional dependencies, and set priorities.Manage risks and escalations to Regional and Global Steering Committees.What you will bring: Transformation: able to build trust, listen, act with integrity, coach, innovate, and influence beyond hierarchy.Strong collaboration skills with end-user focus.Servant leadership.Building engagement for change.Business processes re-engineering.What extra ingredients you will bring: Required Experience: 10+ years of experience.Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree required.Travel requirements: Limited travel up to 30%.No relocation support available.
