You are: A growth-focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.
Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and backlog of sales through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure.
As a Sales Capture Senior Manager, you will be responsible for: Shaping, selling, and closing large deals that are single or multi-service.Closing sales opportunities resulting in profitable sales growth by leading opportunities from qualification to deal close using deep sales process skills and expertise in Accenture's offerings.Originating opportunities in addition to qualification, shaping, selling, negotiating, and closing.The work: Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Oracle transformation strategies and practices.Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.Travel may be required for this role, varying from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
