SAP SD Functional III (Remote-US)
Description The SAP OTC lead will be responsible to play as functional resource for SAP OTC(Order to Cash) track. Candidate needs to design solutions, configure systems & create, review test cases developed for process developed in S4HANA SD & BRIM module. Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between Finance, Billing, and the IT development team. Consult with project stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts. Influence requirements and processes to effectively utilize systems and applications that support an improved customer experience. Evaluate processes, data, and systems using a systematic, disciplined and data-driven approach. Propose change to policy/process when necessary to move forward with new designs. Perform root cause analysis to identify solutions that address the true source of issues and gaps. Analyze and propose solutions and other changes within the system per user /customer business needs. Key contact for preparing use cases, facilitating testing of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements, and prioritizing defects. Collaborate with the Project Manager on tasks related to the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities. Estimate resource time and costs. Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and set expectations on new projects Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Determine resources and timeline. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of 3+ years' experience in High Tech Industry in Order to Cash area. 13+ years in business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management. Should possess an excellent understanding of processes in Sales Order processing, Quotations, pricing, billing, and invoicing. Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred. Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements. 13+ years of SAP SD / CRM / BRIM Functional experience on S4 HANA or SAP ECC. Must have experience in SAP's integration with non-SAP systems like Salesforce, Siebel, Vertex. Hands on experience in JIRA and Confluence Experience in Agile Methodology is must. Pay Rate: $100/h (depending on skills and experience) under a W-2 contract
