Requisition Summary We are looking for a special, high-impact person – the kind of contributor who is willing to get into the details and wants to make a significant difference for our business by developing best-in-class systems solutions to support our diverse business teams. This position will research and resolve problems, develop functional specifications from business requirements, coordinate technical support, participate in cost benefit analysis, and contribute to software and process solutions.
Job Functions/Responsibilities Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software.Customize and configure the Time and Leave modules to meet specific organizational needs.Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the Time and Leave modules function accurately.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules.Develop and maintain documentation related to time and leave processes, configurations, and integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between WorkForce Software and other HR systems.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software.Participate in system upgrades, ensuring that customizations and configurations are preserved.Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in processes and systems.Engage in ongoing learning and development to stay current with the latest trends and best practices in WorkForce Software.Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally.On-call availability 24/7.Qualifications 3+ years' of experience in customizing and configuring the Time and Leave modules of WorkForce Software.Experience in conducting system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Time and Leave modules.Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to time and leave processes.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience in providing training and support to end-users.Experience integrating WorkForce Software with other HR systems.Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors a plus.WorkForce Certification strongly desired.Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including:

Additional Job Board Information PACCAR is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veteran/Disability. The salary range for the SAP WorkForce Software Analyst is $96,700 - $151,300 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above.
