Job Overview:The Scheduling Coordinator manages all schedules within Playworks, coordination of PTO requests, and assuring teacher to student ratios are met, schedules teaching team meetings with leaders, training & reflective practice time.
Coordinate meetings and ensure all necessary parties are invited and prepared.
Works closely with Playworks leadership team to assure daily responsibilities are met within each classroom.

Job Requirements:
Reflects MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING, CERTIFICATION and EXPERIENCE required in order to meet the expectations of this job:
Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
Experience working in early childhood program.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Capability to manage competing priorities and handle a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
