Key Responsibilities: Work closely with superintendents to create and update daily schedules for over 400 construction workers, ensuring workforce efficiency and productivity.Facilitate seamless communication through emails, texts, and phone calls with field workers, ensuring consistent and clear updates across the team.Serve as a key point of contact for field employees and foremen, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a supportive work environment.Monitor and manage employee time off, including vacations and leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies.Manage the onboarding process for union workers, including in-person meetings to familiarize new hires with timecards, benefits, and other relevant procedures.Provide assistance to employees with company-issued mobile devices, including cell phones and tablets.Track and update employee training records to ensure compliance and completion of necessary certifications.Support HR operations through data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications: Experience in human resources, preferably in the construction industry.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Comfortable using technology to manage communication and records.Additional Info: Pay range: $25-30/hr.Schedule: : 9am-6pm Monday - FridayLocation: 100% in officeType: Contract-to-hire All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
