The intern will handle various tasks with increasing complexity that requires technical knowledge of systems and procedures, under direct supervision. The role considers the full lifecycle of specific processes and through analysis and stakeholder feedback will recommend proposed changes to support timely delivery of quality products and services to both new and existing clients.
All activities are in support of and at the direction of the authorized individuals(s) within FM Global.






Responsibilities:
The scope of the Scheduling Services Business Analyst's responsibilities is to analyze, create, and determine the return on investment and needed resources for enhanced and new services.
Ongoing communication, including updates with stakeholders, will be a key responsibility.


Qualifications:
High School or GEDA degree in business and risk management or university coursework is preferred!ExperienceMinimum of 2 years - Education and work experience will be considered!Preferably within an insurance or other regulatory environment.SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook with ability to learn new systemsGood Communication skills, both oral and written.Embraces teamworkTeam player, with the ability to work independentlyProblem-solving abilitiesAbility to plan, coordinate, and prioritize workAttention to detailSelf-motivatedSolid math aptitude and analytical skillsTime managementFlexibility/adaptability to change works well under pressureAbility to multi-taskCustomer service orientedThe final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
