Our call center is the engine that drives our sales.
It is one of the most critical roles in our organization and is widely recognized throughout the industry as the best of the best!


Enjoy our new centralized office and state-of-the-art technology as you set appointments with homeowners who are interested in a remodeling project for their homes!
This position includes a base pay of $20 an hour plus commission with a potential Earnings of $60,000 or more a year!
The call center hours are Monday- Thursday from 6 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday from 6am to 8pm and Saturday/ Sunday from 6am- 6pm

As one of the first lines of customer interaction, you will represent Express Flooring by speaking to homeowners from inbound and outbound calls who would like to have an in-home sales representative visit them to provide a quote for their project.

Responsibilities Speak with potential customers via inbound/outbound calls and set qualified appointments for in-home sales consultants.
Engage with customers who have requested more information on Express Flooring's products & services, create urgency, and set appointments for in-home sales representatives.
(No cold calling) Ensure that customer needs align with the company's capabilities, maximizing the potential for our Design Consultants to close sales during in-home visits.
Engage with our CRM to track customer interactions and disposition.
Deliver the customer an exceptional first impression.
Work a non-standard work week, including one weekend day, to meet business demands (40 hours per week).
Qualifications Ambitious, high-energy & outgoing Determined, consistent & persistent Passionate about exceeding expectations Experienced with objection handling Display eagerness to learn, with adequate computer skills and a willingness to respond to coaching and training.
Reliable Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment!
