Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Palatine, IL. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify student needs and develop treatment plans. Implement individualized therapy programs focused on improving speech articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and fluency. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive environment for students' communication development. Develop and maintain IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) and track student progress. Provide direct therapy to students in individual and group settings, adjusting techniques to best meet student needs. Offer support and guidance to staff and families regarding speech-language development and strategies. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Illinois State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
