This school-based role offers the chance to work directly with students, supporting their speech and language development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Responsibilities: Assist the SLP in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy plans for students. Conduct speech and language exercises with students to reinforce communication goals. Track and document student progress, providing feedback to the supervising SLP. Prepare and organize therapy materials, maintaining a positive and encouraging environment for students. Communicate with teachers and staff to support each students needs effectively. Qualifications: Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a related field. Valid SLPA license in Oregon. Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
