School Bus Driver

## OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting students to their destinations, following a set schedule, and ensuring a comfortable and secure journey.## Duties- Safely operate a bus following a designated route and schedule- Provide excellent customer service to students- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus in a safe manner## Skills- Excellent communication skills- Proficient driving skills with a valid driver's license- Prior experience in customer service is preferred- Experience working with children is beneficial- Familiarity with school bus driving regulations is a bonus- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting- Previous experience as a van driver would be advantageousJob Type: Part-timePay: From $19.16 per hourExpected hours: 20 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Paid time off* Paid training* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Afternoon shift* Morning shiftExperience:* School bus driving: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* CDL (Required)Ability to Commute:* Beulah, ND 58523 (Required)Work Location: In person
