Position Overview: As a Lunch Coordinator at Yay, you will play a crucial role in delivering lunches to schools. You will represent the Yay brand and create a positive experience for the school community through your friendly and professional demeanor. The hours for this position typically range from 10-15 hrs/wk.

Clean and sanitize work areas, such as sinks and storage areas, to maintain a clean and safe environmentCommunicate effectively with school staff, local vendor partners and Yay team members to coordinate lunchtime operations and address any concerns or issuesFollow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure meals are safe and properly handledMaintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing Yay as a Lunch Coordinator, promoting the company's values and mission.Assisting with distribution of lunches (when applicable).Utilizing various applications including our Yay branded hotsheets, Voxer, and Bamboo HR. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields is preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportation for meal deliveriesListed as an insured party for used vehicleClean driving recordAbility to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to work well with school staff, students, and other team members.Flexibility to work morning and afternoon hours, averaging between two to four hours per day, depending on the school's scheduleAbility to pass a background checkSmart phoneAbility to work with technology Compensation: $17.50 per hourData stipendMileage reimbursement
