Role Summary: As a Contract Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic therapy team, providing high-quality care to students with diverse needs. Your expertise in occupational therapy will be crucial in assisting clients in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life. Position Details: Start/End Dates: 8/1/2024 - 5/28/2025 Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Caseload Size: TBD during interview process Grades: PreK- 12th Grades Location: Multiple Schools Onsite only Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Deliver client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on enhancing functional abilities and independence. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care. Maintain accurate and current documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
