Full job description Position Summary
Transform lives by providing leadership for the Wisconsin Rapids Campus operations; and develop, coordinate and supervise various educational and operations activities for the School of Applied Technology.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership, direction, and support for campus operations.
Staff, supervise, support, and evaluate faculty, staff, and services to assure effective teaching and learning.
Oversee scheduling and instruction.
Establish meaningful connections with the Wisconsin Rapids community, to include participating in local community organizations, maintaining a presence in the community and at community events, and building and maintaining relationships with community employers, businesses, and organizations.
Develop, maintain, and evaluate curriculum.
Effectively prepare and maintain budgets.
Responsible for development, modification and implementation of programs and alternative instructional delivery and support of existing programming.
Responsible for internal and external communication and collaborative efforts.
Responsible for facility and equipment management for the Wisconsin Rapids Campus and academic programs under your supervision.
Obtain and maintain any applicable certifications/licensures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree in related-field required. Doctorate preferred.
Minimum of two years occupational experience in a field of employment related to the area of the division.
Minimum of two years teaching experience preferred.
Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
Possess an awareness of current directions and trends influencing higher education and workforce development. Strong computer skills and understanding of educational technology.
Must possess excellent problem resolution, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
