The Opportunity: PLA Principals are the heart of our work.  As a principal, you will be responsible for leading and managing your campus in alignment with PLA's vision of creating an environment of high standards for both our staff and our scholars. Our principals drive towards excellence by creating a loving, respectful, and safe environment that demonstrates continuous improvement. In addition to setting and leading the vision for school culture, you will serve as an instructional leader, providing real-time coaching and development for your teaching staff and utilizing data to support the success of each classroom.  PLA leaders strongly believe in every scholar's ability to succeed and work tirelessly to create a school experience that fosters success.
