Job Title: School Psychologist Location: Clinton, MA Job Type: Full-Time, School Year Position Hourly Rate: $45/hr - $65/hr based on experience Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral well-being of our students. This position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact on student success in a dynamic and diverse educational environment. Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field. Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License (or eligibility for licensure). Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred. Strong knowledge of child development, assessment tools, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong commitment to promoting equity and inclusion within the school community. Responsibilities: Student Assessments: Conduct psychological evaluations to assess students cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral needs. Analyze assessment data and provide recommendations for intervention strategies. Counseling & Support: Provide individual and group counseling services to students with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Develop and implement therapeutic interventions. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement strategies for supporting students academic and social-emotional growth. Crisis Intervention: Provide support and guidance in crisis situations and assist in developing behavior intervention plans. Special Education Services: Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs. Professional Development: Stay current on best practices, trends, and research in school psychology and mental health, and provide training and resources to staff as needed. Why Join Us?
