What You'll Do: Conduct individual and group assessments to identify students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs within your elementary caseload. Develop and implement individualized intervention plans (IIPs) to address students' specific challenges and promote their academic achievement and social-emotional development. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to create a cohesive and supportive team approach for student success. Provide crisis intervention support to students experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties. Consult with teachers and staff on strategies to promote positive learning environments and address classroom management concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in school psychology and child development. Contribute to data analysis and program evaluation to measure the effectiveness of interventions and services offered.
