In this role, you will work with a diverse K-12 caseload , providing critical psychological services to students across all grade levels. Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across all age groups (K-12), assessing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral needs. Prepare and submit detailed reports outlining assessment results and providing recommendations for interventions. Provide individual and group counseling to students struggling with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges. Attend IEP/ARD meetings, sharing insights from assessments and helping guide decisions regarding student accommodations and services. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to develop and implement strategies that support student success. Assist in the creation and implementation of 504 plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all district policies and legal requirements. Requirements : Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology. Valid Tennessee School Psychologist certification (or the ability to obtain certification prior to starting). Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred, though not required. Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools, interventions, and counseling techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
