Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized support plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create and implement strategies that promote student well-being and academic success. Provide counseling and intervention services to students facing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges. Support the development of positive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and monitor their effectiveness. Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on psychological and educational evaluations.
