School SLPA Role Near Lansing, KS Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district near Lansing, KS. This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) begins immediately and continues through May 22, 2025. The role involves working with the district speech team, primarily focusing on elementary and middle school students with caseloads ranging from 20-40 students. Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with the speech team to address the communication needs of students. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Work closely with educators and families to support students' speech and language development. Qualifications: Active Kansas SLPA license. Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent. Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
