Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. About the Role: Soliant Education is currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Morris, IL. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services in a school setting, helping students enhance their communication skills. Responsibilities: Assist the SLP in providing speech and language therapy to students. Implement treatment plans as directed by the SLP. Monitor and document student progress and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the SLP to support student learning. Create a positive environment to encourage student communication development. Qualifications: Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field. Valid SLPA license in Illinois or eligibility to obtain one. Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
