The Contractor(s) shall provide services in support of the overall functions of the Division of Clinical Research (DCR), Office of the Director (OD). Technical Requirements: Participate in planning meetings via conference call or in person to recommend DCR staff on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of draft agreements to maintain an understanding of the current vision, mission, ongoing clinical research activities of the Division, its Special Projects, and the Institute's strategic priorities/initiatives.
Identify pertinent literature, resources and other documents to support the planning and evaluation process.
Monitor ongoing internal and external factors that may influence or impact DCR's Special Projects and make recommendations to DCR Leadership, the Prime Contractor, and the Special Projects Governing Committees (whichever is most appropriate) regarding the same.
Review existing guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures for DCR's Special Projects and make recommendations to DCR Leadership the Prime Contractor, and the Special Projects Governing Committees (whichever is most appropriate) regarding the same.
Prepare draft guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures for DCR's Special Projects and make recommendations to DCR Leadership the Prime Contractor, and the Special Projects Governing Committees (whichever is most appropriate) regarding the same.
Develop Memoranda of Agreements (MOA) with other entities and federal agencies and make recommendations to the DCR Leadership on negotiating these MOAs.
Specific Qualifications: PhD in a related field is required.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
Salary Range
$130,000—$150,000 USD
