Scientist Ii ~ Sr. Scientist I (Antibody Production)

Responsibility: Design and engineer antibodies for various applications.Produce and purify antibodies using different mammalian expression systems (CHO, HEK293, etc.
).Perform detailed antibody characterization using techniques such as HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.High-throughput antibody production and screening.Analyze data and interpret results to guide the antibody development process.Maintain a detailed and well-organized record of experiments in electronic notebook.Collaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects.Requirements: PhD or MS in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in antibody design, production, and analysis.Proficiency with software tools relevant to antibody design and data analysis.Extensive hands-on experience with HPLC, FPLC, and OCTET.Experience with different expression systems for antibody production.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Others: Excellent organizational and planning skills in order to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Quick learner of scientific knowledge and experimental techniques.Strong aspiration for drug discovery work, diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility.Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally.
