Scientist - Method Development

About The RoleWe are looking for a Scientist I who is highly motivated and detail-oriented to join our dynamic method development team. In this role, you will primarily assist in the development of bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS.What You'll Do HereDevelop robust bioanalytical methods for both small and large molecules using LC-MS/MS.Conduct sample preparation, analysis, and data interpretation in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.Operate and maintain instruments independently, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Assist and mentor lab analysts.Write, review, and update method SOPs as required.Participate in client meetings, conferences, and scientific outreach.Carry out applicable work in compliance with SOPs, GCPs, GLPs, and observe all company guidelines and policies.Stay updated on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques through training sessions, team meetings, and internal communication channels.Uphold Health and Safety standards, including personal protection and laboratory maintenance.What You'll Need to SucceedBachelor's or preferably a Graduate degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
