Type: Temporary Project
Estimated Duration:12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client's site.
No telecommuting or remote work.
This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
•Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client's site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
•Experience as an IT Scrum Master;
•Experience balancing 2-3 agile teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
•Conducts complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit;
•Review and approve findings to be presented to senior management;
•Conduct statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives;
•Encourage Agile behaviors, reinforce practices, norms, ceremonies, and support the overall team performance and efficiency
•Create an environment whereby the team is motivated, self-organizing and self-sufficient
•Organize and facilitate effective Scrum rituals: backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective;
•Mentor and guide lower level analysts.
