Responsibilities: Serve as the ScrumMaster for one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear product backlog, assist with prioritization, and maintain alignment with business objectives. Remove impediments and foster an environment of continuous improvement to maximize team productivity. Support on-shore and off-shore teams in delivering high-quality products on schedule. Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices, promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency. Act as a change agent to embed Agile principles across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines effectively. Required Qualifications: Certified Scrum Professional® ScrumMaster (CSP-SM) or Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® (A-CSM). 5+ years of experience as a ScrumMaster in an Agile environment. Proven experience in the medspa and/or cosmetic surgery industry. Strong background in working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with the Agile Product Owner role and its responsibilities. Experience coordinating efforts across a mix of on-shore and off-shore teams. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Knowledge of SAFe, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks. Experience with change management and scaling Agile practices. Strong understanding of healthcare or medSpa-specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
