YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager you will represent Kuehne+Nagel in the local community that embraces both internal & external Sea Logistics Customer's.
You will have responsibility for overseeing and driving the Customer Care strategy on a local level as well as actively seek for improvements of customer service standards and help deliver customer excellence.
In addition, the Individual will be responsible for leading their Customer Care Location Team by strengthening internal & external customer relationships, on-boarding of new Customer's and new Team members and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner.
Holding themselves and their Team to the highest Level of Customer Excellence, the overall goal is Customer growth, satisfaction, retention and Teamwork.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will provide leadershipto their local Customer Care team in conjunction with the local Sales TeamClosecooperation with Branch & Area management as well as Sea Logisticsoperations (OCC) for an enhanced customerexperienceProfitMaximization - avoid additional costs & expenses due to internal servicefailureFinancialExcellence & DevelopmentYou will pro-activelyparticipate in customer visits / meetings as needed and in conjunction withlocal/Area sales personnelStay up to date with Market Knowledge You will be responsible for continuous improvementof processes and controls aiming for consistent customer satisfactionCustomerretention engagement for Sea logistics account portfolioAnalyze& follow up on Customer FeedbackQuotationManagement: Qualification of Customer inquiries, provide KN quotations andupdates, set final selling price with individual adjustments YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES 3 years' Sea Logistics experience 2 years' Leadership experienceYou have the ability to analyze DataYou have exceptional written and verbal communication skillsYou have the ability to work on-site 5 days per weekYou have the ability to travel for business reasons GOOD REASON TO JOIN
