Multiple full-time and part-time, day shift Customer Support Specialist positions are now available at our inbound call center.

Help people check off their holiday list as you provide web site support, process customer orders, and help to resolve customer service issues through phone, e-mail, chat, and social media platforms by offering solutions while remaining composed and objective.

Positions begin Now and run through the end of the year, and are located at our Northland office (MCI airport location.
) Seasonal Customer Support Specialists will receive a base pay rate of $18.00 per hour Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus of an additional $2.00 per hour End of season Perfect Attendance bonus! Call center experience is preferred.
Seasonal Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to: Handle inbound calls, providing optimal customer experience using all resources to ensure single contact resolution Assist customers with order issues and resolve in a quick, efficient manner while delivering exemplary service and making the necessary order corrections and adjustments
Provide customers with assistance regarding product questions and web orders Other duties as assigned This is an on-site position.
Qualified Candidates for the Seasonal Customer Support Specialist position should possess the following: Computer proficient, with a strong practical skill level of data entry software; Microsoft Excel experience preferred but not required Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekends and holidays.
Possible overtime during December peak season Strong desire and passion to help and serve others High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide order support, solutions & additional product information Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
