About This Role:
The Seasonal Ecomm Shipping Associate is responsible for order fulfillment operations for the Ecomm revenue channel, including but not limited to picking, packing, and processing outgoing gorjana orders, supply replenishment, and general warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.
This is a seasonal position through 12/31/24 with the ability to extend based on business need.
Responsibilities:
Ensure orders are picked, packed, and processed following the Packaging Directive.
Personalized items should be engraved following standards in the Bespoke Guidelines.
Assist with any trips made to our off-site storage facility to load or unload branded packaging materials.
Remain cross-trained in other revenue channels to support as needed throughout the year.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.

Requirements:
Must be over the age of 18.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work the majority of the day on your feet.
Ability to work from 6:00 am - 2:30 pm PST with open availability strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Ability to be flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to work full-time hours, with open availability.
